4. WIGS AND HAIR PRODUCTS

Wigs and hair products may require care and maintenance to maintain their appearance and quality.

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions supplied with their product.

Damage caused by improper handling, excessive heat, chemical treatment, cutting, colouring, bleaching, installation, washing, styling or general misuse may not be considered a manufacturing defect.

Customers should inspect their wig immediately after delivery and before cutting, colouring, installing, washing or altering it.

5. PRICES

All product prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions or discounts at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and paid for, subject to any applicable legal requirements.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing information is accurate. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to contact the customer regarding the affected order before fulfilment.

6. ORDERS

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by DSD Studio.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where:

- A product is unavailable;

- There is an obvious pricing or product information error;

- Payment cannot be verified;

- We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity; or

- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

We do not store customers' complete payment card details on our own systems. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers and are subject to their applicable terms and security procedures.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders will be processed and delivered in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, service interruptions or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

DSD Studio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

Because wigs are personal-use and hygiene-sensitive products, specific conditions may apply to returns of unwanted products. Products that have been worn, installed, cut, coloured, washed, altered, styled or otherwise used may not qualify for a change-of-mind return where applicable.

Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy or these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.

Where goods are defective or fail to meet applicable statutory requirements, DSD Studio will handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer-protection legislation.

10. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Customers should inspect their order as soon as it is delivered.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or potentially defective product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with:

- A description of the issue; and

- Clear photographs or videos showing the issue where applicable.

Please do not alter, install, cut, colour, wash or otherwise use a product that you believe may be defective before contacting us, as this may make it more difficult to determine whether the issue existed when the product was supplied.

This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer-protection law.

All content appearing on the DSD Studio website, including but not limited to:
